1. Return Window
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as digital downloads, personalized products, or opened beauty/skincare items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Return Process
To request a return, please email support@ajashop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

6. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
